First ticket SOLD!!

We just sold the first tickets to the show which came through the Tyngsboro/Dunstable club. I have other past attendees that will be attending the show so we're off the a great start. Get your tickets early to be sure of a seat!

Progress..

Well, good things in small steps. We have concensus on the artwork for the flyers and they will be mailed out by Mike Peterson this week. I've finally updated the email and mail distribution lists which took considerably more time than in the past. Emails were sent to past attendees inspite of Yahoo's newer and even more prohibitive email policies. I recommend subscription to this blog for furture announcements on future roadshows. Looks like the spammers are finally getting to the free email providers and blogs will be the improved communications method going forward.

Flyers, tickets and advertising

The flyers and tickets have been designed by Crowley Design Associates and is now on the way the printer. We hope to have tickets printed and ready for distribution by Wednesday. The email and Access database is now in the process of being updated and the first drop is planned for Monday with a little luck.

Corporate sponsorships will be sought after our club meeting Wednesday.
